View allHi, I recently received my ANC profile which shows low MCHC but elevated RDW CV and RDW SD values, while my hemoglobin is 12.7. I maintain a very healthy lifestyle with regular strength training and cardio, and I avoid fried and junk food. I am worried about the cause, some articles suggest deficiencies in folate, iron, or vitamin B12, but I have been taking folvite for the last 10 days. Since folic acid is crucial for the baby CNS development, I am quite anxious and want to know how to correct these values. Given my age and my father history of bypass surgery, my doctor has also prescribed daily heparin injections, which I have been taking for the last 4 days. Please advise on what I can do to bring these values back to normal. I have attached my report
