I recently did an NS1 dengue test, which came out negative. Unsatisfied with the result, I repeated the test at a different clinic, and it showed a Dengue NS1 Antigen ratio of 3.5. All other parameters, such as platelet count and blood pressure, are normal. Can someone explain what this result means in detail, and what steps I should take next?

NS1 ratio 3.5 is positive for dengue. Early negatives are common. Rest, hydrate, and monitor fever. Track platelets daily.

Hi, my platelet count is 85,000. Does this indicate dengue, or could it be a normal viral fever? I have attached my blood test report for reference.
