Sir, I had severe pain in all of my body joints and I am feeling like vomiting. I did a blood test and the report shows my eosinophils is 7 percent. My Widal agglutination test report is as follows: Titre 1:20 1:40 1:80 1:160 1:320 1:640; Typhi O: plus plus plus and Typhi H: plus plus.

Widal titres up to 1:80 are inconclusive alone. Joint pain with eosinophilia might suggest viral or parasitic cause. Do the required repeat widal, CBC, and check for dengue or malaria.

More DENGUE FEVER NS1 ANTIGEN - RAPID Health Queries
View allI initially had a sinus headache, which gradually disappeared. After that, I have been having a fever for over 15 days. My urine test is normal, and my CBC blood report shows a marginally low platelet count of 1.49 lakh. The doctor prescribed only Paracetamol, which provides temporary relief for a few hours. Doctor, what could be the cause of this prolonged fever? I do not have any other symptoms besides fever and fatigue.

I recently did an NS1 dengue test, which came out negative. Unsatisfied with the result, I repeated the test at a different clinic, and it showed a Dengue NS1 Antigen ratio of 3.5. All other parameters, such as platelet count and blood pressure, are normal. Can someone explain what this result means in detail, and what steps I should take next?
