I recently had fever and body pains that did not improve with Dolo and antibiotics, so I visited a doctor for a check up. During this, I found that my hemoglobin has dropped significantly, it was 12.4 six months ago. I am unsure of the reason for this drop and would like to know if my current report is normal.

Sudden drop in hemoglobin after fever may indicate previous infection that reduced immunity of body and dropped the Hb levels. Iron profile and repeat CBC may be helpful. Please share exact current value.

He also mentioned that my blood pressure has been consistently low, around 70, for two consecutive days. I am feeling very uneasy and worried.
