I recently underwent a blood check up recommended by a dermatologist for skin issues. My blood report states that my TSH is 11. What may be the cause?

TSH of 11 suggests hypothyroidism, which can cause dry skin, fatigue, and hair loss. Thyroid medication may be needed. Please do the required FT4 and anti TPO test to confirm.
Dr. Yusuf Suggests...
Take a Thyroxine (T4, Total), Serum Test or Take a THYROID PEROXIDASE ANTIBODIES (ANTI MICROSOMAL ANTIBODIES) Test

Hi, I did a thyroid test one month back and my TSH was 27.5. The doctor suggested taking 100 mcg tablet and repeating the TSH test after one month. I went for a retest after one month, and now my TSH is 0.6, which is normal. The doctor gave me 87.5 mcg tablet to continue for the next month. She told me that I can plan for a baby now. Should I continue the tablet even though my TSH is normal, and is it safe to plan for a baby now or should I wait for some more time?
