Her recent urine report shows the presence of albumin, low urine volume of 20 ml, amber coloured urine with a turbid appearance, aromatic odor, and sediment containing red blood cells and pus cells in full field. Given these symptoms and lab findings, please advise on the best approach to treat her condition permanently.

Hello, my father is facing some problems: urge and itching during urination, brown yellowish urine, dizziness, fever, and loss of appetite. He went for a checkup and the doctor said it is a urine infection and gave him medication for 5 days. After three days, all problems went away and he felt normal. The medicines were Pyridium 100, Nimegesic P, and a heavy antibiotic (I do not remember the name). After 5 days, the doctor advised discontinuing the treatment. Now after 3 days, the problem started again. He went to the doctor and was given the same medication plus Nitrobact 100. Again all symptoms went away. Please tell what the problem could be? I have attached the urine report.

I want to know if my 9 month old baby urine report is normal or not. Should I be concerned and consult a doctor? The report shows pus cells 15 to 20 per HPF, epithelial cells 1 to 2 per HPF, reaction 7.6, specific gravity 1015, leukocytes, and ketone negative.

I suspect I might have a kidney infection. My urine report shows albumin +++, RBCs are plenty, pus cells 3 to 4 per hpf, epithelial cells 1 to 2 per hpf, UBG 1+, BLD plus minus, PRO 3+, and LEU 3+. Could you please guide me on what this indicates and the next steps I should take?
