I tested HBsAg positive, and my doctor informed me that I was an inactive carrier. My liver function test values have been normal. Recently, I have been experiencing abdominal pain. My latest LFT remains normal, but an ultrasound showed hepatomegaly with a liver size of 162 mm. My SGPT is 40, SGOT is 24, and my HBV viral load is 9,000. I am attaching my report for your review. Your hepatitis B looks inactive low enzymes levels, viral load 9000, yet the liver is a bit enlarged. Most carriers simply need 6 monthly monitoring. A FibroScan shows if any scarring is starting. Repeat viral load and LFTs guide whether treatment is needed.

Sir, what is this viral load? I am worried about my health. Is hepatitis B curable? My report shows HBsAg provisionally reactive, and the lab has suggested a confirmatory HBsAg test.
