I want to discuss my recent USG report and blood report for PCOS syndrome. The ovary sizes are approximately 10 cc and 9 cc. Please provide consultation as this is an important decision regarding my prenuptial plans.

Ovaries around 10 cc with multiple small follicles can indicate PCOS. It is a manageable condition with lifestyle and medical support, and should not cause long-term concern for marriage or fertility with proper care. A hormonal profile including LH, FSH, AMH, insulin, and TSH is recommended to support diagnosis and guide appropriate management.

Take a TSH Test (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) Test or Take a FSH Test (Follicle Stimulating Hormone) Test

View allI have acne issues since 2013 and recently I was diagnosed with PCOS. My report says right ovary 33.6x15.5x30.0 mm volume 8.18 cc and left ovary 30.6x24.1x30.9 mm volume 11.9 cc. Ovaries are mildly enlarged and show an increase in stromal echogenicity and thickness. Multiple small similar sized follicles are seen in both. How serious is this issue and should I go for medication or can it be managed by lifestyle changes?

I want to conceive. My report says both ovaries are bulky in volume with a PCO pattern, and there are multiple small follicles seen with central echogenic parenchyma. The right ovary volume is 23 ml, and the left is 13 ml. Can I get pregnant or not, and is this a serious issue?

Since my first menstrual cycle I had irregular periods. During the last three years the problems have increased, including lower abdomen pain during the delayed period as premenstrual cramps. The cramps are less painful during the periods but due to bloating the flow has not been good. I sneeze a lot when the blockage happens and then the flow is released with lumps. My stamina, resistance to infections, immunity, memory, and other health aspects have decreased over time with an increase in headache resulting in migraine, nausea, restlessness, bad mood, anxiety, and back pain. Digestion has also been an issue during the last three years as I traveled to a few cities which led to stomach infections that took more than a year to improve. Still the problem exists. This time I got the results of the tests and I am attaching them here. Vitamin D25 hydroxy is 41.26 nmol per L. Looking at all my problems, please let me know natural solutions and vitamin supplements?
