I want to know if I need to seriously consult an endocrinologist as I have low TSH level of 0.17. I am also attaching a screenshot of my blood report. Please suggest what to do next? Thanks in advance.

Yes, a low TSH suggests possible hyperthyroidism. Consultation with an endocrinologist is advisable for further evaluation and treatment.

View allI had a total thyroidectomy surgery due to papillary thyroid carcinoma. It has now been almost 9 years. My recent test results are thyroglobulin less than 0.040 ng/ml, TgAB less than 10 IU/ml, free T4 20.82 pmol/L, and TSH 3.60. Is my report okay? I am currently taking 125 mcg Thyronorm. Do I need to increase the dose? Is my TSH high currently?

I recently had a thyroid function test (T3, T4, and TSH) done, but I am not sure how to interpret the results. My report shows T3: 0.52 ng/mL, T4: 4.70 microgram/dL, and TSH: 2.36 microIU/mL. Could you please tell me if these results indicate a thyroid problem or if they are within the normal range?

I suffered from asymptomatic COVID-19 two months ago, and my test was negative after seven days. After that, I developed a thyroid problem 1.5 months ago. I have consulted my doctor and am taking all medicines regularly. I am a married woman for seven months, and we have been trying to conceive for one month, but I have not become pregnant. Please give me some advice?
