I want to know if I need to seriously consult an endocrinologist as I have low TSH level of 0.17. I am also attaching a screenshot of my blood report. Please suggest what to do next? Thanks in advance.

Yes, a low TSH suggests possible hyperthyroidism. Consultation with an endocrinologist is advisable for further evaluation and treatment.

View allShe was diagnosed with hypothyroidism 2 years ago. She was prescribed to take Thyronorm 50 and was advised not to stop it. However, now her T3 and T4 levels are within the reference range. Today she had palpitations with quite a lot of sweat. She says she feels better if she does not take the prescribed tablet but she is afraid too. Please let me know what needs to be done. Attached are the last blood test reports.

Hi doctor, tomorrow my hysterectomy is scheduled and in the pre operative blood test report thyroid has been detected. The doctor advised me to take Thyroxin 50 before coming to the hospital tomorrow. I also take Olmighty 20 mcg daily for hypertension. Could you please suggest if it is a normal procedure to take the thyroid medicine? I am too stressed about it. Any help would be appreciable. Thank you.

I am experiencing psoriasis with itching on my face, legs, and forehead. I have diabetes and high blood pressure, and I am taking medications for both. I am also on thyroid medication. Please advise on management.
