Without exact values, it is hard to say, but look for these basics, such as motility greater than 40 percent, Normal forms greater than 4 percent, Count greater than 15 million per ml. If any of these are low, further evaluation may help.

I want to know if I need to seriously consult an endocrinologist as I have low TSH level of 0.17. I am also attaching a screenshot of my blood report. Please suggest what to do next? Thanks in advance.
