I wanted to know whether my report is normal or not, as I am not pregnant and did this test along with other hormonal tests.

If you are not pregnant and undergoing hormonal tests, each result needs interpretation in context (FSH, LH, TSH, prolactin, etc.). Please consult with a gynecologist or endocrinologist.

Ovaries are mildly enlarged and show an increase in stromal echogenicity and thickness. Multiple small similar sized follicles are seen in both.
