I was diagnosed with autoimmune hepatitis with liver cirrhosis in 2015. I weigh 65 kg and am taking Omnacortil 10 mg and Azoran 50 mg. I often feel nauseated and full, and I have not been able to gain weight. Recent reports show no signs of cirrhosis, but autoimmune hepatitis persists. Blood tests reveal a vitamin D deficiency. I experience constant muscle weakness and pain in my leg muscles and bones. Is this situation serious? How can I recover from the vitamin D deficiency, and what steps should I take to improve my muscle strength and overall health?

Autoimmune hepatitis with past cirrhosis needs regular monitoring, and muscle weakness and bone pain may be due to Vitamin D deficiency and steroid use. Take Vitamin D supplements as advised by your doctor, get sunlight, and maintain a balanced diet. Nausea and fullness may be related to liver health. Eat small, frequent meals. Do a Serum Calcium and Repeat Vitamin D test after 8 weeks to monitor recovery.

View allI still experience chest pain when I speak loudly, shout, or get angry, and the pain spreads and continues until I lie down or someone rubs my back. I also feel pain while climbing stairs. All tests, including CT Angiography, came back normal, and my cardiologist confirmed no cardiac issues, yet my symptoms persist with no improvement. I am now totally confused about what to do next.

My baby is 9 months old but cannot sit or crawl yet. We consulted a neurologist, and the doctor recommended a BERA test. Is this necessary?

My blood test report of 8 April shows 25 OH Vitamin D 17.3 ng/ml and serum calcium 10.3 mg/dl. It is usually said that vitamin D deficiency causes low calcium, but my calcium is almost high. Could there be another problem? I recently passed a kidney stone. Is it related? Is having sun exposure for 15 minutes every morning enough for vitamin D?
