My alkaline phosphatase level is 148. I am concerned. What should I do now? Is this dangerous? I have attached my report.

An alkaline phosphatase level of 148 is mildly elevated. It can happen due to bone growth in younger people, minor liver irritation, or vitamin D deficiency. Usually not dangerous unless other liver enzymes are also high. Consider repeating the test and checking Vitamin D and LFT.
