Can I take vitamin D supplements to increase my vitamin D levels and testosterone? I have heard that increasing vitamin D levels can naturally increase testosterone. Can I take vitamin D supplements even if my vitamin D levels are normal? I am allergic to cod liver oil tablets.

Yes, Vitamin D may help naturally support testosterone levels, especially if low. However, if your levels are already normal, avoid high dose supplements without checking again. You can take 1000 to 2000 IU daily as maintenance if advised by doctor. Avoid cod liver oil if allergic.
