I was pregnant twice this year, with a gap of six months between the two pregnancies. Unfortunately, both pregnancies ended in early miscarriage, each time showing only a faint positive line, and then automatically aborting after about six weeks. My doctor advised me to undergo several tests, and I am attaching the reports here. Could you please review them and let me know if everything appears normal, or if there are any issues with my hormonal levels? I had a history of PCOD, but I have been told that it is no longer a concern.

Recurrent early pregnancy loss may relate to hormonal imbalance, egg quality, or uterine factors. If PCOD is under control, tests like TSH, prolactin, AMH are useful. Please review test values.

Hi doctor, I have done my S.AMH test, and my result is 1.22. Is this normal to get pregnant? The doctor also suggested taking CoQ10 tablets. Can you please tell me if this is a normal report?

My report says that my eggs are not growing properly. Yesterday, my doctor gave me an HMG injection, but even after that, the follicle size has not increased. Will I still be able to get pregnant? What could be the reasons for this issue, and is there any home remedy or lifestyle change that can help improve egg growth?
