I got a complete body profile test and found that my hemoglobin and RBC are below average. Please tell me how to increase them. My serum triglycerides and VLDL cholesterol are above average; please tell me how to decrease them. My thyroid is under control because of medications, but if possible, can you tell me how to manage thyroid without medications? I have attached my report. Hello Doctor, My baby is 11 months old and had a fever for the past week. We consulted a doctor and she took Amoxycillin for 5 days. For the last three days, there was no fever, but she still had cough and cold. Now the fever has returned with a temperature of 99F. For cold we are using Moticope drops, and for cough, Korafast drops. We did a blood test, and the results are normal. I am very worried about why the fever has returned. I am attaching the blood test report for reference.

Why do I sometimes suddenly feel a chill during the day? I have checked my fever but it is 97.4. Four days ago my WBC was slightly elevated and today it is back to normal. Currently I am taking Ganaton OD and Pan 40 for acid reflux. One month ago I had chickenpox. I am very worried about this. Please check my report.

I would like to understand what a peripheral smear means in a blood report. Could you please let me know if it indicates a serious problem? Also, kindly suggest if there is any specific diet that should be followed. I have attached my report for your reference.

It checks blood cell shape, size, and abnormalities (like anemia or infection). Not serious unless findings are abnormal. Iron rich food (leafy greens, beetroot, jaggery) may help.
