I'm a bit worried because I haven't gotten my periods for the last 45 days. Is there a tablet I can take to help start my period, something that doesn't have side effects?

Concerning symptoms.
Possible causes:
- Viral infection (e.g., flu, common cold)
- Musculoskeletal issues (e.g., muscle strain, arthritis)
- Circulatory problems (e.g., poor blood flow, deep vein thrombosis)
- Other medical conditions (e.g., anemia, hypothyroidism)
Immediate actions:
- Rest: Get plenty of rest to help your body recover.
- Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of fluids, such as water, clear broths, or electrolyte-rich beverages.
- Pain management: Consider over-the-counter pain relievers like acetaminophen or ibuprofen.
- Monitor symptoms: Keep track of your symptoms and seek medical attention if they worsen or persist.
Consult a doctor if:
- Symptoms persist: Fever, pain, or dizziness last more than 2-3 days.
- Severe symptoms: Difficulty breathing, chest pain, or severe headache.
- Underlying conditions: If you have a pre-existing medical condition or concern.

I've started using Thrive by LeVel and just found out I'm pregnant. I'm really wondering if it's okay to keep using it since my first prenatal visit isn't for another two weeks. One of my friends asked her OB, who said it's fine, but she's also promoting the product, so I'm hoping to get another perspective. Is it truly safe to use while pregnant?
No I wouldn't advise you to continue with THRIVE during your pregnancy as it is used as a weight loss nutrition. I would advise you to avoid this product during your pregnancy and also have the supplements which will be prescribed by your obstetrician(iron, folic acid) and also have a well balanced diet during your pregnancy for a healthy baby.

I've been diagnosed with a paraovarian cyst and I'm wondering if Ayurveda has any treatment options for it. Is it possible to cure this without surgery? I'm not very comfortable with the idea of surgery and wanted to explore Ayurvedic alternatives first. What would you recommend?
