It has been 8 months since COVID recovery. I still feel pain in my knee joint, sometimes in the waist, hip joint, and joint vicinity while walking. I do mild exercise daily in the morning and walk 1 hour after dinner. My weight is 62 kg. I have had chest pain for 2 years and have done all cardiac-related tests. They were normal. Please suggest some solution.

Joint pains after COVID recovery can persist due to post viral inflammation and usually improve with time. Continue mild exercises and walking as you are doing, but avoid overexertion. Ensure adequate hydration and include calcium and vitamin D in your diet. If joint pain persists, check Vitamin D and uric acid levels to rule out deficiencies or other causes. For long term chest pain with normal cardiac tests, anxiety, acidity, or muscle strain could be causes, continue follow up if symptoms change.

Dr. Bhanu Suggests...

Take a Vitamin D Test Test or Take a Uric Acid Test Test
