Yes one can dilute blood sugar levels by drinking large amounts of water. However, this is not recommended especially if you want to get accurate results.

Hello doctor, my father recently had a sugar test. His fasting sugar level was 132 and 2 hour post sugar level was 95. Does he need to start medication? His blood picture is attached below.
