Lab report 22 Oct shows T3 is 1.99, T4 is 10.75, and TSH is 5.74. Can we proceed for pregnancy or do we need to cure thyroid first before pregnancy? Please prescribe medication. Is any other test necessary before pregnancy?

TSH is mildly elevated. Treat thyroid before conceiving. Hypothyroidism may affect fertility or pregnancy. Start treatment under doctor supervision.
Dr. Ezhilarasan Suggests...
Take a THYROID PEROXIDASE ANTIBODIES (ANTI MICROSOMAL ANTIBODIES) Test or Take a TSH Test (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) Test

My hypothyroidism has been detected since last 6 years and I have been taking 75 mcg fixed dose of Thyronorm tablet with regular blood tests and check ups.
