My nephew has been developing sudden redness and water filled blisters on his legs and hands, which resolve on their own within a few days. A few months ago I was facing difficulty while breathing. After doing some tests, it was found that my eosinophils count was higher due to food allergies (potato, tomato). I took some medicine and stopped eating the foods causing problems as per the report. After some time, everything was fine and I started eating these food items again without problems. But for the last 2 to 3 days, I am again having difficulties in breathing. My blood test report shows eosinophils are normal, but there is a slight mild increase in lymphocyte count. What should I do now?

The latest blood report is attached. He has been taking Zondis for more than 2 months with no relief. What should I do? Which specialist should I see? He is also feeling itching whenever he eats.
