I have skin allergies, allergy on the scalp, and rashes on the body. I take cetirizine daily. If any tests are required, please let me know. My skin is oily and combination type?
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
Daily skin rashes and scalp allergy may be linked to dust, sweat, food, or fungal triggers. Oily/combination skin is prone to clogged pores and fungal sensitivity. Cetirizine helps symptoms but doesnt treat the root cause. A simple allergy profile and fungal screen can help identify triggers.

A few months ago I was facing difficulty while breathing. After doing some tests, it was found that my eosinophils count was higher due to food allergies (potato, tomato). I took some medicine and stopped eating the foods causing problems as per the report. After some time, everything was fine and I started eating these food items again without problems. But for the last 2 to 3 days, I am again having difficulties in breathing. My blood test report shows eosinophils are normal, but there is a slight mild increase in lymphocyte count. What should I do now?

Sir, I have been struggling with cold allergy for months. If I miss my medication even for a day, I experience severe cold symptoms the next day, including sneezing about 14 to 20 times every 10 seconds. I have consulted multiple doctors but have not found a cure yet. My blood report shows an eosinophil count of 704 (normal range 40 to 440). Please suggest a better treatment option.
