The tablet was initially recommended when TSH was 7.17 microIU/ml. Since the levels are now normal, can the medication be stopped or should the dose be reduced?

TSH is now normal. Do not stop medicine abruptly. A doctor may reduce the dose (e.g. 100 mcg), but only under medical supervision with regular monitoring.

I am 23 years old and suffering from hypothyroidism. I often feel cold at normal temperatures, feel lazy, have thinning hair, and tend to forget things.
