If both partners basic fertility reports are normal and periods are regular, unexplained infertility could be the cause. About 10 to 15 percent of couples face this. Timed intercourse, lifestyle improvements, or advanced fertility tests may help.

View allI consulted 7 months ago. The doctor said that both tubes show tubercles and sacculation. After that, I had laparoscopy, PCOD drilling, and dye test. Now the doctor has suggested IUI. But I want a quick result. My question is, can I not get pregnant through regular sexual intercourse? Please tell me exactly what I should do?

I was pregnant twice this year, with a gap of six months between the two pregnancies. Unfortunately, both pregnancies ended in early miscarriage, each time showing only a faint positive line, and then automatically aborting after about six weeks. My doctor advised me to undergo several tests, and I am attaching the reports here. Could you please review them and let me know if everything appears normal, or if there are any issues with my hormonal levels? I had a history of PCOD, but I have been told that it is no longer a concern.

I underwent laparoscopy for bilateral complex chocolate cysts six months ago. My recent report shows a 32 mm hemorrhagic cyst in my left ovary, and only residual tissue is seen in the right ovary on sonography. Can this cyst resolve on its own? Is it possible for my ovary to regenerate from the residual tissue? Can I still get pregnant with this condition if my uterus is healthy?
