Hi Doctor, for the past five days I have been suffering from a urinary infection. The doctor at the nearest hospital advised me to undergo a urine routine and culture test. I am yet to consult the doctor with these reports tomorrow. I am experiencing nocturia and feel my bladder is full even after urinating. Frequent urination is very annoying. Since this morning, I have been noticing a slight presence of blood in my urine. My lab report also shows albumin ++ in the urine. Additionally, my blood report indicates neutrophils at 77 percent and lymphocytes at 19 percent.

Presence of blood and albumin in urine along with high neutrophils suggests urinary tract infection or possibly kidney inflammation. Prompt antibiotic treatment and further urine workup needed.
