My blood report shows uric acid level 8.70, SGOT 90 and SGPT 178. I have pain in my knees and toes. Please suggest medicine to reduce high uric acid level and liver problem?

Elevated uric acid and liver enzymes. Avoid alcohol, red meat, fried foods. Use uric acid lowering agents and liver support medications under doctor guidance.

I am not taking alcohol, oils, spices, or outside food since 20th November. At that time, my platelets were around 46k. Now they are over 1 lakh. Suddenly, my total bilirubin increased to 5. I started a Joinex related diet with more liquids, vegetables, and fruits, and I am still on it, but it is not coming down. Today the report shows bilirubin 6.49. What could be the reason and what should I do?
