My blood sugar was around 342 (average of the last three months), and because of this, I have been having a burning sensation while urinating for the past two months. I have already started medications for blood sugar. As per my last check, my fasting blood sugar was 89, and the average of the last three months with medication is 250. Hence, the medicines are working, but I am not getting relief from the burning sensation. I am taking Neftas as suggested by my doctor, and I feel fine while on it, but after 3 to 4 days of stopping Neftas, the burning sensation returns. Please suggest what I am missing and why I am having this issue repeatedly?

High sugar levels (342 to 250 avg) can lead to recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs) and bladder irritation. If burning returns after stopping Neftas, infection or inflammation may still be partially untreated. Consider a urine culture to check for resistant or hidden infection. Maintain high hydration and good sugar control to prevent recurrence.

Take a URINE ROUTINE + CULTURE SENSITIVITY Test or Take a GLUCOSE FASTING & PP Test
