The report mentions an oblique tear in the medial meniscus, a grade II horizontal tear in the lateral meniscus, and a full-thickness ACL tear with some retraction. I've seen two ortho doctors one recommended arthroscopy for ACL and meniscus repair, while the other said only the meniscus needs surgery since I work in IT and have a sedentary lifestyle. Can these meniscus tears heal on their own with physio, or is surgery the only option? What's the best treatment for my case?
