My HIV test report shows HIV antibodies not found in 2 of the 3 methods used, and the overall report says HIV negative. What does this mean?

It means HIV antibodies were not detected and your result is considered negative. You are not infected if the test was done 3+ months after exposure.

View allHi, I am very scared. Please help me. After 80 days of unprotected exposure with a paid partner whose HIV status is unknown, my HIV test report from Dr. Lal Path Lab using the antibody/antigen combo test is 0.82 (non reactive). This value is very close to 1, so I am very stressed that I may still get HIV at the 90th day or after 3 months. Please help me. I am extremely worried.

Doctor, I have done a proviral DNA test 55 days after exposure. It is negative. Do I need any more tests? Please tell me, as I am going to get married next month.

I went to a lab where they took my blood to do a test. The needle was sealed, but they used cotton that was probably used for another patient. My hand was sanitized and the cotton was used immediately after the injection was removed. Do I have a risk of HIV or any other infections? If so, please inform me what I need to do for HIV PEP?
