My HIV test report shows HIV antibodies not found in 2 of the 3 methods used, and the overall report says HIV negative. What does this mean?

It means HIV antibodies were not detected and your result is considered negative. You are not infected if the test was done 3+ months after exposure.

View allSir, I have a doubt regarding HIV testing. If a person tests negative at 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or even 10 years after exposure, but later tests positive, is it true that this depends on the immune system? Does this mean there is no conclusive test for HIV?

I went to a lab where they took my blood to do a test. The needle was sealed, but they used cotton that was probably used for another patient. My hand was sanitized and the cotton was used immediately after the injection was removed. Do I have a risk of HIV or any other infections? If so, please inform me what I need to do for HIV PEP?
