My liver is enlarged to 18 cm with fatty infiltration. My blood test report shows SGPT level of 65, SGOT level of 75, and bilirubin of 0.7.

View allI am 4 months pregnant. In the first trimester I was taking 100 mg folic acid and everything was normal. Due to my transfer I had to change my doctor and she started 500 mg folic acid for me. As a result in only 15 days my LFT report has given me a shock. Here is my report. SGOT 193 U per L. SGPT 257 U per L. GGTP 65 U per L. ALP 338 U per L. Bilirubin direct 0.60 mg per dl. I have always lived a disease free life with no medical issues or medicines till date. Please help?

My husband is 38 years old, recovering from COVID 19, and he has diabetes. His recent blood test results show a bilirubin level of 0.5, SGPT at 104, SGOT at 49, and a fasting blood sugar level of 214 mg per dL.

I just completed a 7 day alcohol detox. My recent blood test shows: ALT: 61 (normal range 1 to 33) AST: 69 (normal range 14 to 34) I am very worried about this. I have not had alcohol for 8 days and plan to continue staying sober. As I maintain sobriety, is it possible for these liver enzyme levels to return to the normal range and for me to live a healthy life? I have uploaded my blood report for reference.
