In my medical report, it shows that I have unilateral MCDK on the left side. It also mentions an anteflexed kidney. I am already a patient of endometriosis. Could you please explain what this means and suggest what should be done?

MCDK Multicystic Dysplastic Kidney means the left kidney is non functional and cystic, anteflexed uterus/kidney is a position variation. Right kidney function should be monitored regularly.
