She now experiences very frequent urination. Her recent urine report shows the presence of albumin, low urine volume of 20 ml, amber coloured urine with a turbid appearance, aromatic odor, and sediment containing red blood cells and pus cells in full field. Given these symptoms and lab findings, please advise on the best approach to treat her condition permanently.
