My name is M. A. Shafique. I have been dealing with high blood pressure for the past 2 years. I was also previously hospitalized for fluid in the lungs and slow heart function, but I have recovered. Recently, I had a blood sugar test with the following results: Fasting blood sugar: 170 mg/dl Post lunch blood sugar: 281 mg/dl Could you please help me understand these results? Do they indicate diabetes?

These values indicate diabetes. Immediate lifestyle and medication intervention is needed. Consult a diabetologist.
