My nose has not been working for 1 month. I am not able to smell anything and sometimes my pulse rate gets very high. I also have sneezing issues and sneeze too much at times. I have checked my blood results and I am attaching my blood report.

If your smell is absent for over a month and blood report is normal, it could be post viral anosmia. Do an MRI Brain + Paranasal Sinuses, and ENT evaluation. Blood tests like CRP and Vitamin B12 can help rule out other causes.

Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test or Take a CRP Test (C - Reactive Protein) Test

View allI am 25 years old and have been experiencing weakness, fatigue, shortness of breath, excessive sleep, and occasional hand shivering. I consulted a doctor who advised various tests, including an X ray, all of which came back normal. The doctor said I am okay and recommended focusing on diet and exercise, which I am already doing. Another doctor suggested testing my Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3, and calcium levels. Although my mother received injections and has normal reports, my tests show a Vitamin B12 level of 182 (normal range 239 to 931) and Vitamin D (25hydroxy) level of 18.8 (normal range 20 to 100). Are these results normal? Please advise on what steps I should take.
