Question
My period is 10 days late. I tried a pregnancy test kit and it showed negative. I tried a beta HCG test and that was also negative. But I have symptoms like vomiting, frequent urination, tiredness, and leg pain. Could someone guide me on this?

A delayed period with negative pregnancy tests (urine + blood HCG) usually rules out pregnancy. Symptoms like vomiting, frequent urination, tiredness, and leg pain can occur due to hormonal changes, low hemoglobin, or thyroid issues. A Thyroid Profile (TSH, T3, T4) helps assess hormonal causes. Serum Prolactin checks for hormone imbalance. CBC and Vitamin D can explain fatigue or leg pain.
Dr. Kamran Suggests...
Take a Thyroid Profile (T3 T4 TSH) Test Test or Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test
