My platelet count is 125,000/mm (normal range: 150,000 to 400,000). Is this something serious or dangerous? Do I need any treatment? I have attached my report for your review and advice.

A count of 125 is slightly low. If you are not experiencing bleeding or bruising, its usually not dangerous. Repeat test to monitor.
