My recent lab test report shows: Vitamin B12: 174.6 pg/mL Hydroxy Vitamin D3: 14.82 ng/mL Could you please suggest what this means and what steps or supplements I should take to correct these levels?

Both Vitamin B12 and D3 are low. These can cause fatigue, weakness, and neurological symptoms. Supplements (oral or injectable B12, and D3 weekly sachets or tablets) can help. Discuss dosage with your doctor.

Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test or Take a Vitamin D Test Test
