My recent test results show: triglycerides 350, uric acid 9.6, SGPT 93, and SGOT 65. Can these conditions contribute to erectile dysfunction? For context, I consume alcohol about 5 times a week and smoke 2 to 3 cigarettes per day.

These elevated values suggest liver strain and metabolic imbalance, which can affect energy and performance. Alcohol and smoking worsen these effects. Start by reducing intake and repeat Lipid Profile, Liver Function Test, and Uric Acid Test after 3 months.

Attached is my report. I am very paranoid after seeing all news and I have a desk job plus PCOD. I tend to be inconsistent with workout and have anxiety due to PCOD. I stress eat at times. I do not smoke and rarely drink alcohol. I keep having thoughts that I might get a heart attack which creates anxiety because I feel I am not doing anything and this can happen as I respect fitness a lot. Now my LDL is the highest. Is it too late? I have now started walking daily and eating good food. What more can I do to not feel these thoughts? Are any further tests needed as per my reports? I sometimes feel chest tightness due to anxiety or is it in my mind? I am overweight by at least 15 kgs, my weight is 75 kgs and my height is 5.3. Do I need to take any medicines for cholesterol? Please tell me.
