Attached is my report. I am very paranoid after seeing all news and I have a desk job plus PCOD. I tend to be inconsistent with workout and have anxiety due to PCOD. I stress eat at times. I do not smoke and rarely drink alcohol. I keep having thoughts that I might get a heart attack which creates anxiety because I feel I am not doing anything and this can happen as I respect fitness a lot. Now my LDL is the highest. Is it too late? I have now started walking daily and eating good food. What more can I do to not feel these thoughts? Are any further tests needed as per my reports?
