In my report my gall bladder wall is thickened 0.77 cm, liver size is enlarged 14.84 cm and it shows hepatomegaly with fatty liver grade 1. Is this normal?

Your report shows mild fatty liver and gallbladder wall thickening, which could be due to early liver changes or gallbladder irritation. It is not alarming but needs lifestyle care.
Dr. Kamran Suggests...
Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test or Take a LFT (Liver Function) Test Test

My blood report shows normocytic normochromic cells with macrocytes and ovalocytes, and my liver enzymes are elevated (SGOT is 55.9 U/L, SGPT is 61.9 U/L). I do not consume alcohol or cold drinks. I want to know if it is safe to undergo surgery for dry ear perforation. Also, could these results indicate any underlying disease? Please advise.
