This is my report: S. typhi O is 1:320 S. typhi H is 1:160 S. typhi AH is Negative S. typhi BH is Negative Please tell me what this report means. Do I have typhoid or not?

Titers above 1:160 suggest typhoid exposure, especially if there are symptoms. Confirm with blood culture if possible.

My father has been experiencing fever for the last 3 days. His Widal test report shows S. Paratyphi O antigen at 1:80 and S. Paratyphi H antigen at 1:80. I would like to know if these results are normal or if they clearly indicate typhoid. Please clarify if we need to be concerned.
