My report shows 0.58 ng per ml prolactin. What does this mean? My prolactin was 57.47 in the last test. Is it raised or fallen? Please help me understand?

This indicates a significant drop in prolactin. The new value is quite low, suggesting possible pituitary or hormonal dysfunction. Clinical correlation and repeat testing may be needed.

I have multiple peripheral cysts in both ovaries. My prolactin test report is below the average range, and my hemoglobin level is also low at 7. In the last two days, I have been experiencing vaginal itching, which is increasing day by day. I have also gained a significant amount of weight. My thyroid test results are normal.
