In my report total sperm count is mentioned as nonmotile spermatozoa seen rarely. Please advise if this is a big problem?

Hello, I have had varicocele for many years and sometimes I thought of getting it corrected but I came to know about complications as well. I do not have pain or discomfort but it occurs only if I do intense workout, so I stopped that and started doing light workout. My main issue is reduced fertility as I do not feel as aroused as before varicocele. I do get nightfall once or twice in a week.
