My son has mild swelling in his feet, and his KFT (Kidney Function Test) report has been attached. The doctor has prescribed Dytor 5. What is it used for?

Dytor (torsemide) is a diuretic used to reduce fluid retention/swelling, possibly due to kidney or heart issues. Monitor potassium.

Dr. Hema Suggests...

Take a ELECTROLYTES - SERUM Test or Take a RENAL PROFILE/KIDNEY FUNCTION TEST (RFT/KFT) Test
