My uncle tested positive for COVID 19 eight days ago. Initially, he had a mild fever, but he recovered after taking the prescribed medications. However, during a follow up blood test yesterday, his D dimer, SGPT, and SGOT levels were elevated. The doctor prescribed blood thinning medication based on these results, but after starting the new medication, his condition seems to have worsened, his coughing has increased, and he is experiencing significant fatigue. We are unsure whether this is a side effect of the new medication or a sign of something more serious. I have attached the reports for reference.

About 10 days ago, I tested positive for typhoid. However, I did not have a fever, my main symptoms were weakness, vomiting, and gastric issues. My Typhi Dot IgM was positive, and the titre was slightly elevated. I took Doxcef O for 10 days and also received the typhoid vaccine. Despite this, I still feel like vomiting after eating, and I am experiencing leg pain and overall weakness.
