My urine report shows blood present 1 plus, leukocytes about 15, and red blood cells 8 to 10. I usually run daily and three days ago I felt pain in my lower right back while running but I continued. Since then I have been facing lower back pain and I need to force myself to urinate. The pain in the lower right back has not stopped and I still feel difficulty while passing urine.

Exercise or minor injury can cause temporary blood in urine. Pain and straining could also mean a small stone. Stay hydrated and rest. An ultrasound KUB and urine culture are recommended to rule out any underlying causes if symptoms continue.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a Urine Culture Test Test or Take a KFT with Electrolytes (Kidney Funtion) Test
