My urine report shows pus cells 20 to 24. Both kidneys show a few tiny calculi with the largest 3 mm on the right side and 2 mm on the left side. No hydronephrosis is seen on either side.

Pus cells suggest a mild urinary tract infection. Small kidney stones can often pass on their own with good water intake. If you are a non diabetic, have coconut water thrice weekly. No major issue if there is no pain, fever, or blockage.

Will CT KUB plain detect the cause behind burning urination and pain in the middle shaft of penis and tip of penis? I also have occasional groin discomfort for 1 year. I have been suffering from a high fever ranging from 102F to 104.6F for the past 5 days. Under my doctor advice, I have undergone tests for malaria, dengue, typhoid, and CBC, all of which came back normal with no problems detected. I am taking my medications properly, but the fever, headaches, and body pain persist. I get some relief for about 5 to 7 hours after taking medicine, but then the symptoms return repeatedly every 5 to 7 hours.
