My urine report shows: Pus cells: 8 to 10 / HPF RBC: Nil Epithelial cells: 10 to 12 / HPF What does this indicate? Is everything normal?
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
Pus cells 8 to 10/HPF means mildly raised. May indicate minor urine infection. RBC nil is good. Epithelial cells 10 to 12/HPF may be normal. Not serious but monitor. Recommend Urine Culture test. Stay hydrated, maintain hygiene.

I consulted another doctor, who reviewed my urine test report and found pus cells and traces. I am confused about the cause since I feel I have not been properly diagnosed. What should I do next?
