I had a UTI and was treated with cefixime 400 mg twice a day for 7 days. Here are the results of my repeat urinalysis: color yellow, transparency slightly turbid, specific gravity 1.010, reaction pH 5.0, sugar/albumin/protein negative, WBC pus cells 8 to 12 hpf, RBC 0 to 2 hpf, epithelial cells moderate, and bacteria few. What does this mean?

My urine test report shows pus cells 50 to 60, leucocyte esterase positive +++, epithelial cells 18 to 20, and pap smear shows inflammatory cervix smear (dense). What does this mean?
