View allHi, I am a 20 year old female recently diagnosed with a very low vitamin D level, my 25(OH) Vitamin D (total) result was less than 8.0 ng per mL, based on a blood test done around 4 months ago. I was advised to take Vitamin D3 60,000 IU once a week for 2 months. However, since I also have vitiligo and am currently undergoing depigmentation treatment, I strictly avoid sun exposure. I have heard that in such cases, a longer term vitamin D supplement may be necessary. Could you please guide me on how much vitamin D I should be taking daily in my situation? Also, should I be taking magnesium supplements alongside, and if so, in what dosage?

I still experience chest pain when I speak loudly, shout, or get angry, and the pain spreads and continues until I lie down or someone rubs my back. I also feel pain while climbing stairs. All tests, including CT Angiography, came back normal, and my cardiologist confirmed no cardiac issues, yet my symptoms persist with no improvement. I am now totally confused about what to do next.
