My Widal test report shows the following: S. Typhi O Antigen: 1:160, S. Typhi H Antigen: 1:80, S. Paratyphi AH Antigen: 1:40, S. Paratyphi BH Antigen: 1:40. Does this indicate typhoid?

These titres may suggest typhoid exposure, especially if symptoms persist (fever, fatigue). Confirm diagnosis with blood culture if possible. Antibiotic treatment may be needed.

My Widal test report from two weeks ago shows S. Typhi O at 1:160 and S. Typhi H at 1:320. I am a 34 year old male and would like to know if this indicates typhoid. If yes, please suggest the appropriate diet and medications. Additionally, a few bacteria were found in my urine, and some white fat was observed in the blood sample during the test.
